Individuals interested in obtaining employment with Caterpillar should visit the website: www.caterpillar.com/careers/job-opportunities/job-search. On this website, you should click "Agree" at the bottom of the page and advance to the next part of the website. When you reach the next page, there are two options. Information that was provided to Oconee County was that Caterpillar may hire as many as 300 individuals beginning in early 2013. These jobs will include assembly, fabrication, and some management positions. For individuals wanting employment, it would be advantageous to make have your profile into the Caterpillar system as soon as possible.
