Maps

Oconee County Subdivision Web Map - Search subdivision names, parcel numbers, or street addresses in the search box. It will auto-populate suggestions based on what you type. There are also widgets on the bottom left corner of the map that will show/hide the legend, map layers, and basemap gallery. The last button is a print function. This will create a very basic map layout that can be printed or saved to your PC.

Business Retention and Expansion

Approximately eighty percent of Georgia's capital investment and new job growth comes from existing businesses.
Local leadership and economic development professionals in Oconee County realize the importance of our existing businesses and are driven to provide assistance that nurtures success. Oconee Chamber staff members and both local and state partners look forward to visiting and building relationships with Oconee County business, both large and small. These visits are important as companies can learn more about possible resources locally, regionally and at the state level.

Resources often include:

• Potential incentive opportunities both local and state
• Site selection assistance for footprint expansion or relocation
• Financing option assistance
• Workforce recruiting and/or training assistance
• Up to date demographic and market research
• Assistance in navigating city ordinances, zoning and the permitting process
• Direct contact to local elected officials
