We do not offer Civic and Non-Profit Applications. All Exhibitors will be classified as Craft and Food Vendors Moving Forward!

Booth Fees & Categories:

  1. Craft Booth – $185 per 12’ x 12’ space
  2. Children's Activity - $185 per 12'x12' space
  3. Food Booth – $200 per 12′ x 12′ Space
  4. Food Truck – $300 per 36′ x 12′ Space


NON-FOOD Booth Additions

There is a $15 additional fee for electricity (Per Space)

There is a $20 additional fee for Premium End Space (Per space)


Booth Spaces:

Vendor spaces are lined based on dimension listed above. You may apply for multiple spaces. Vendor applications are reviewed and accepted on a juried selection basis, we cannot make guarantees in placement due to changes in infrastructure. Vendors will be notified one week prior to the festival of their booth locations at the festival with the release of the Digital Program. This does not mean that the Festival map will be aviaiable. Vendors are not guaranteed the same spaces annually and vendors are required to submit an application with photos annually to apply. Vendors will not be allowed to drive to their assigned spots on the ball field. There will be assigned Load in and Load Out Zone.


Electricity:

There are a limited number of booth spaces with access to electricity. For each booth with access, there are only two 15 amp receptacles located up to 200 ft. from your booth. If you will require electricity, please make note of that on your application. You will be charged an additional $15 fee. You will need to supply your own drop cord and covering for safety. Food vendors will have to provide their own source of electricity. Generators must be quite and not infringing on their surround neighbor vendors.


NO GENERATORS ARE ALLOWED ON ROCKET FIELD!!


Acceptances:

All applicants will be contacted via email to confirm acceptance. Please allow 4-6 weeks for our committee to give your application careful consideration.


Refunds:

No refunds will be given once vendor has been accepted to the festival. Please contact us with specific concerns.


Tax:

You are responsible for collecting and reporting Georgia Sales Tax (8%) on all sales, if applicable. Vendors will receive appropriate tax forms and envelopes in the mailed vendor packet that goes out in September.


Parking:

Each vendor will be given one parking pass. You will be directed to parking lots and trailer storage at check-in.

Please make sure your pass is visible in your vehicle all weekend. Volunteers and officers will only allow cars with visible passes into the festival area during set up and break down times. Parking is located OFF site!  We do not have onsite or handicap parking of any kind at the Festival. All parking areas are located .3 of a mile from Rocket Field


Food Vendors: (Prepared Food Day of Festival)

  • A  $200 refundable cleaning fee for my space will be collected for the 50th Oconee Chamber Fall Festival. Fee will be refunded after the festival if space is left clean and all grease and debris and is cleaned after the show. If the chamber has to hire outside cleaners to come in and clean my space I will not receive my cleaning fee back. 
  • Food vendors will have to provide their own source of electricity. Generators must be quite and not infringing on their surround neighbor vendors.
  • Food Vendors MUST sign up for a load in time to drop off ALL perishable items on Saturday morning in Food Drop Off Zone!


Additional Rules & Regulations:

  1. Vendors must check in at the Chamber's Tent prior to set up. All Booths have to set up on Friday, October 18, 2024. No traffic is allowed through the festival area after 7: 00 AM and before 4:30 PM on Festival Day. (Strictly enforced!)
  2. Vendors are expected to show respect to local merchants and fellow vendors at all times. Keep the sidewalks and designated walkways clear of garbage, merchandise, and personal items. Vendor displays must remain in reserved booth spaces (no overage into surrounding spaces – crosswalks, sidewalks, grassy areas, etc.).
  3. Vendors/organizations may not advertise or ask for donations outside of their designated booth spaces.
  4. We do not provide WIFI at this festival. Hotspots and outside sources for collecting Credit Card payments must be arranged by the vendor. We are not responsible for providing a secure line for credit card processing.
  5. Megaphones and/or other sound amplifying devices are prohibited.
  6. Electrical power is only available to the vendors who requested and purchased it prior to the festival. Outlets are provided at central locations and require up to 200’ of extension cord. Two 15 amp receptacles are provided per booth. Overloaded receptacles will be disconnected. GENERATORS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ROCKET FIELD!
  7. Food vendors will have to provide their own source of electricity. Generators must be quite and not infringing on their surround neighbor vendors.
  8. Food Vendors MUST sign up for a load in time to drop off ALL perishable items on Saturday morning in Food Drop Off Zone!
  9. Vendors are responsible for merchandise and personal items. The Oconee Chamber or its operators cannot be held liable for any damaged, lost, or stolen goods.
  10. Soliciting and Campaigning inside the barricaded areas is strictly prohibited and law enforcement will escort you out of the festival area if you are caught.
  11. All Product Sold must be at least 50% handmade.
  12. Animals of any kind are not allowed inside the festival area of Rocket Field or Food Alley!
  13. Submitting an application does not guarantee you a place at the current festival!


 ** Disruptive, rude or disrespectful behavior toward other vendors, volunteers, patrons or merchants will not be tolerated. The Oconee Chamber reserves the right to remove or ban any person(s) who are not in compliance with the festival rules and regulations.

Festival Schedule

The Oconee Chamber Fall Festival started in 1974 and today is known as a premiere Arts & Crafts festival. It is held annually on the 3rd Saturday in October in Historic Downtown Watkinsville. 

Other information about the Fall Festival:

  • Pets will not be allowed in the festival area, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please plan accordingly.
  • Admission into the event is free as is the parking.
  • We are a smoke free festival. No smoking in booths or the festival area.​
